Below are links to six “Calls for Inquiry” regarding the four members of the Delaware General Assembly profiled on this website. These documents were officially submitted to both the DOJ Division of Civil Rights and Public Trust and the U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware in March 2021. There are three inquiries called for Mike Ramone.
We received guidance from DOJ to submit these documents one at a time using the DOJ web portal. DOJ also clarified that they would only take action if there was a violation of Delaware law and they shared with us the “Offenses Against Public Administration” which are the basis for our “Calls for Inquiry”.
